Job location: Wolverton, Milton Keynes
Rates: £25,500 during training then £33,915 after training
Hours per week: 37hours per week +overtime
Duration: Permanent
Shifts: You will start on Dayshift Start time 06:00 - 2pm whilst on Training, but then you would have the choice of either Alternating day shifts or Nights with rate increases as below:
* Alternating shifts 6am-2pm-2pm-10pm = + 12.5% pay increase
* Nightshift 6pm - 2am = + 33% pay increase
* Overtime Mon - Fri paid rate of + x1.25
* Weekends paid rate of + x1.5

To be considered you will require experience of handling power tools, be reliable, and be keen to learn new skills.
Duties for which Training will be provided:
* Cutting out large parts of rolling stock vehicles using grinders and Plasma cutters
* Grinding large areas of metal
* Lifting vehicles with power operated jacks
* Taking measurements before and after repairs
* Painting repaired areas with primer to prevent corrosion
