Job Purpose

  • Support a portfolio of clients from a broad range of sectors.
  • Preparation accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships and LLPs.
  • Completion of corporate, personal and partnership tax returns.
  • Support with the preparation of management accounts (previous experience is desirable but not essential).
  • VAT return preparation and ad hoc bookkeeping.
  • Work closely with the senior management team, including supporting Partners with projects.
  • Work as part of a team that fosters a supportive and inclusive environment.

Job Requirements

  • ACCA or ACA part-qualified or studying with previous experience within practice.
  • AAT qualification desirable but not essential.
  • Sound working knowledge of software including Excel, Sage, and accounting and taxation software.
  • Multi-tasker with great time management and a can-do attitude to problem-solving.
  • Organised and able to manage own workload effectively.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Confident working alongside senior management.
  • Motivated and able to inspire others.
  • Collaborative and creative.
