Job Purpose

  • Supporting a varied client portfolio, working closely with senior accountants to ensure expectations and deadlines are met
  • Preparation of accounts and tax returns and computations
  • Liaising with clients, building strong rapport and proactively handling queries
  • Championing your own professional development, enthusiastically undertaking training opportunities
  • Carrying out technical research to provide advice to clients and the wider team

Job Requirements

  • ACCA, ACA, or equivalent studying or part-qualified
  • Recent experience working in UK practice
  • Proficient in using software, such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
  • A team player who can also work autonomously
  • Able to take initiative by multi-tasking
  • Resilient and confident in presenting information effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own deadlines and workflow
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
