Job Purpose
  • Supporting a varied client portfolio, working closely with senior accountants to ensure expectations and deadlines are met.
  • The role will be split 75% accounts and 25% audit.
  • Preparation of accounts for Limited companies.
  • Preparation of corporation tax returns and computations.
  • Support audit engagements from planning to completion - training provided
  • Liaising with clients, building strong rapport and proactively handling queries.
  • Champion your own professional development, enthusiastically undertaking training opportunities.

Job Requirements
  • Studying towards AAT or ACCA - study support available
  • Recent experience working in UK practice.
  • Good working knowledge of software, such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage.
  • Audit experience is desirable but not essential - training will be provided
  • A team player who can also work autonomously.
  • A can-do attitude to problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own deadlines and workflow.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
