Spencer Clarke Group are currently searching for an ACA/ACCA part-qualified Semi Senior Accountant (or studier) to become part of an incredibly fast growing, reputable, Accountancy Firm.

Our client is recruiting for a Semi Senior Accountant to join their team based in Leeds. Their Leeds office is one of 8 offices across the group!

What is on offer for you?

Your typical day will involve:

• Preparing year-end financial statements for a wide range of clients
• Preparing both personal and corporation tax returns. Calculating corporation and personal tax liabilities
• Supporting Seniors and Client Service Managers with duties beneficial for the wider business
• Training and supporting clients on Xero
• Supporting more junior members of the team with queries
• Creating and developing tax planning ideas
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Raising relevant and coherent queries to assist with Senior and Management review
• Preparing management accounts to help clients reach business decisions, either at their offices or on-site at clients premises
