Randstad are looking for an SEMH teacher in Leeds to join a highly rated specialist day school this term.

We are working with and supporting a specialist middle/secondary school for 9-19 year old's with SEMH needs, having taken the best elements of a mainstream school and the best elements of a special school to create an environment where young people can achieve their own goals and thrive in a future of their own choosing. They aim to prepare students for life beyond school, so further education and employ-ability is truly at the heart of their culture and ethos.

We are looking for someone who is passionate teaching a range of subjects and can provide different teaching strategies and adapt their lessons to make school accessible and exciting for students.

Requirements

You must hold full UK QTS or equivalent and be able to plan and deliver lessons to students between the ages of 9-19 years. The ideal candidate will be passionate about educating and making a difference and reflect this to a diverse range of students.

You must be able to engage with pupils with different SEMH and SEN requirements and encourage them to engage in learning to achieve their full academic potential.
