Job Description:

A school in Bradford are seeking an experienced SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) teaching assistant to join their school on a permanent basis to provide 1:1 support to a KS2 pupil on a permanent basis. Only candidates with relevant experience or qualifications will be considered.

Responsibilities:

. Encourage learning and development.

. Manage behaviour problems professionally and accordingly.

. Liaise with staff members and parents on any issues.

. To support the teacher in the running of lessons.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
  • Provide two professional child related references that cover the last two years.
