Our client is a small, friendly company who are seeking an experienced Self-employed Bookkeeper to help take over the accountancy function of the business. You will be responsible for:

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Dealing with all ledger work
  • Invoicing
  • Monitoring company cashflow
  • Credit control
  • Bringing VAT returns in house
  • Bringing payroll function in house and running a small monthly payroll
  • Use of Xero software

The company are ideally looking for someone to work circa 5-10 hours per week, ideally someone who is used to taking on clients on a self-employed basis and is confident setting up processes to work efficiently. Previous use of Xero software would be highly beneficial.
