PART TIME SECRETARY/ADMINISTRATOR - MANCHESTER - 3 days per week

My client is extremely reputable in their field, and has a fantastic opportunity for a confident, hardworking and self sufficient administrator to join their team. This role will be fully remote and so a proven track record of working independently is paramount.

Duties will include;

  • Work closely and effectively with the team on the delivery of all services to clients, from a remote setting
  • Diary management of multiple diaries.
  • Responding sensitively and courteously to customer's requests whilst balancing the needs of the department in terms of performance and productivity.
  • First point of contact for incoming calls via the telephone. Receive, collate, log and distribute all incoming correspondence for the business within one hour of receiving.
  • Effectively manage all emails, taking appropriate action in a timely manner.
  • To process personal sensitive information in line with the requirements of GDPR and medical confidentiality. To maintain and distribute clinical records to support clinical team members.
  • Complete invoices for work carried out and email debtors when informed by accounts.
  • Ensure all bookings are managed in a specific time frame
  • Actively taking responsibility for coordinating and administering storage systems.
  • Provide advice and assistance to clients on a broad range of policies, procedures and legislation where skills and knowledge allows.
  • Accurately capture data and produce statistical reports relating to the performance and productivity of the department.
