Position: Secondary Supply Teacher

Location: Various locations across Staffordshire, UK

Pay: Supply Cover (no planning or marking) ranging from £150-£180 per day

Responsibilities:

  • Cover for absent teachers, delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring learning objectives are met
  • Deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils of all abilities
  • Manage classroom behavior and maintain focus and motivation among pupils
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure pupil progress and well-being
  • Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
  • Experience working with secondary-aged pupils
  • Passion for teaching and fostering academic growth
  • Confidence in managing classrooms and behavior strategies
