Secondary - Teacher Assistant

Role: Teaching Assistant

Pay: £12.82 per hour

Hours: 8.30-15.30pm Monday to Friday, Term time only

Reed are currently working alongside a secondary school based in the Cardiff area. The school wish to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join their enthusiastic, dedicated and ambitious team and be part of our continued drive for excellence. This is a full time, term time only position on a temp to permanent basis (permanent from Jan 2024).

You will be responsible for the set up of materials for classes, working 1:1 with pupils with additional needs when required, supporting engagement in lessons and awareness for the safety/wellbeing of pupils.

You will be required to obtain an enhanced DBS check, registration with the EWC, overseas police check (is required) and full registration through Red prior to starting any placement within a school environment.
