As a supply teacher, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning when regular teachers are absent. Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects and year groups (KS3 to KS5).
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Adapt to different school environments and follow existing lesson plans.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide constructive feedback to students.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Experience teaching in secondary schools.
• The ability to cover a range of subjects and year groups.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
