Are you a passionate educator with experience in secondary education? We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Supply Teacher to join our team. As a supply teacher, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning when regular teachers are absent. Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects and year groups (KS3 to KS5).
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Adapt to different school environments and follow existing lesson plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide constructive feedback to students.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Experience teaching in secondary schools.
- The ability to cover a range of subjects and year groups.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
