Job Duties:
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to secondary school students
  • Adapt teaching methods to cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
  • Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments and exams
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school leadership
Required Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working in a secondary school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to different teaching environments
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary school

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the secondary school curriculum
  • Ability to differentiate instruction based on student needs
  • Effective classroom management skills
  • Proficient in use of educational technology
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • Experience in delivering remote or online lessons
Working Conditions:

Part-Time hours, temporary position with the possibility of extension. Work in various secondary schools in the West Midlands area. Must adhere to school policies and procedures.
