�? Job Opportunity: Secondary School Learning Support Assistants (LSA) �?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) within the secondary school setting.
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Demonstrate a good sense of humour while engaging and motivating students.
  • Utilise initiative to adapt support strategies according to individual student needs and learning styles.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to provide comprehensive support to students.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with students with SEND is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and resilience.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
