General Cover Teacher
  • Location: Maidenhead
  • Salary: £110 - £140 per day
  • Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

We are looking for a versatile and dedicated General Cover Teacher to join our dynamic and inclusive secondary school. This role is perfect for a flexible educator who is ready to cover a variety of subjects and year groups, ensuring high-quality education during teacher absences.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Be prepared to step into various classrooms, covering for absent teachers across a range of subjects and year groups.
  • Maintain a positive, engaging, and well-managed learning environment for all students.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure a seamless transition and continuity in learning experiences for students during teacher absences.
  • Support students in their learning, adapting to their needs and ensuring they remain on track with their studies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  •  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is preferable.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to teach various subjects.
  • Proven strong classroom management skills.
  • A passion for making a positive impact on students’ education and well-being.
