We are on the lookout for an exceptional Secondary English Teacher to join our vibrant school. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for literature and language, and a desire to inspire and empower students to achieve their full potential.

• Deliver engaging and interactive English Literature and Language lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
• Foster a love for literature and language, encouraging students to explore and appreciate the richness of the subject.
• Create and maintain a positive, respectful, and engaging classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
• Develop tailored teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those with English as an Additional Language (EAL).
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan, prepare, and deliver a cohesive educational experience.
• Utilise a variety of assessment tools to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• A relevant degree in English Literature, Language, or a related field.
• Proven track record of teaching English Literature and Language at KS3 and KS4 levels.
• Strong classroom management skills to maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Experience in supporting EAL students and adapting teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning needs.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for teaching and fostering student development.
