Biology TeacherJob Description

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Biology Teacher to join our team and ignite curiosity in the next generation of scientists. As a Biology Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping students’ understanding of biological processes and principles. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lesson Planning: Create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Lectures and Demonstrations: Deliver captivating lectures and practical demonstrations to foster a deep understanding of biology.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate student progress through assessments, provide constructive feedback, and track their learning journey.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated and supported.
  • Stay Current: Keep abreast of developments and advancements in the field of Biology.
  • Extracurricular Activities: Encourage student participation in science-related extracurricular activities.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Hold a well-qualified degree in Biology or a related field.
  • Teaching Certification: Possess qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Passion for Education: Demonstrate enthusiasm for teaching and inspiring young minds.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Work effectively as part of a team.
Experience
  • Newly Qualified Teachers: We welcome applications from NQTs.
