• Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-quality outbound sales calls to customers.
  • Provide regulated advice with a focus on appropriate outcomes.
  • Measure performance against Key Performance Indicators in a regulatory framework.
  • Collaborate within cross-functional squads for web product development.

• Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales with success in meeting targets.
  • Current or recent experience in an outbound call environment.
  • Ability to adapt to industry changes and respond quickly to training.
  • Strong objection handling and deal-closing skills.
  • Ability to carry out processes in a compliant manner.

• Work Hours:

• Week 1 (earlies): Monday 9am-8pm, Tuesday 9am- 5:30pm, Wednesday 9am - 5:30pm Thursday 9am- 5:30pm Friday 9am-5pm

• Week 2 (lates): Monday 9am-8pm, Tuesday 12pm- 8pm, Wednesday 12pm - 8pm Thursday 12pm- 8pm Friday 9am-5pm
