My client, a pioneering start-up organisation within the AgriTech industry are in urgent need of a Scientist with a background in phenotyping and/or high throughput screening to join their team at an exciting time.
Joining the company in their Oxfordshire based site, the Scientist / Biologist will be responsible for designing and implementing phenotypic assays, enabling the discovery of key compounds and contributing to the discovery of new, powerful Herbicides.

This pioneering start-up have developed a range of powerful platforms, that when used in conjunction with artificial intelligence, enable the discovery of new herbicides. This Oxford University spin-out company are already making waves in the AgriTech industry and with an enormous amount of financial backing are set to expand rapidly over the next 12 months!

What’s required of the Scientist?
- Educated to a degree level within a relevant discipline such as Life Science, Biology, etc
- Experience with phenotyping and/or high throughput screening
- Experience with bio-image data analysis and tools including Image J, CellProfiler, FIJI etc.
