Science Technician - Warrington

Academics are currently supporting a large, popular secondary school in Warrington who are looking to appoint a Science Technician. This is a full-time position, initially for 6 weeks.

Some of your duties as a Science Technician will include the following:

You'll be supported by a dedicated and experienced department. You'll be working alongside the department lead and teaching staff to support the delivery of the Science curriculum.

Maintaining classrooms, preparation and chemical storage following health and safety guidance

Checking and providing appropriate equipment

Providing practical support within the classroom as and when required

The successful Science Technician will need to:

  • Have similar experience
  • Have an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • Be available to start ASAP
