If this sounds like you, look no further because we are looking for an enthusiastic and career focussed science graduate to join the team at Hall Mead School. You will be in charge of lesson planning and delivery with a commitment to 5 science lessons per fortnight. The remainder of the time, you would actively be supporting in the SEN department, supporting children with special educational needs in and out of the classroom. A degree in science is essential.

About the role:
As a Science Graduate for Hall Mead School for April, you will be asked to:
- Support SEN students both inside and outside the classroom,
- Liaise effectively with various members of the team and Senior Leadership Team,
- Attend CPD meetings, training sessions and staff meetings,
- Manage behaviour effectively both on a small group basis and on a whole class basis,
- Support the Science department with planning and resourcing for science lessons
- Teach and take ownership of circa 5 science lessons across a fortnight,
- Marking and assessment to gauge student progress and identify interventions needed
Requirements for the role:

- A degree in Science,
- An interest to become a science teacher
- A passion for working with children and young people,
- Strong behaviour management skills,
- Eligibility to work 5 days per week in the UK
