As a Science Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds of young learners and fostering a love for science. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and scientific inquiry. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in science education and possess the ability to create a supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
* Utilize innovative teaching strategies and resources to facilitate active learning experiences
* Conduct experiments, demonstrations, and hands-on activities to enhance students' understanding of scientific concepts
* Assess student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessment methods
* Provide constructive feedback and support to help students reach their academic goals
* Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate interdisciplinary projects and enrichment opportunities
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance data
* Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and achievements

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, or related field.
* Teaching certification/license in Science or relevant subject area.
* Proven experience teaching science at the middle or high school level.
* Deep knowledge of scientific principles and concepts across multiple disciplines.
* Strong classroom management skills and ability to create a positive learning environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
