You will be teaching small classes of Key Stage 3 & 4 students who have struggled to engage within mainstream education. Many of the students have SEMH needs and have struggled to regulate their behaviours. You will receive outstanding support from a dedicated teams of Teaching Assistants and mentor, as well as the experienced leadership team. Job Role:
- Teaching Science to small classes of students who have struggled to engage in education within a mainstream setting.
- Breaking down academic barriers and inspiring a love for science.
- Making Science interesting for students who have become disengage with education.
- Utilising a team of experienced Teaching Assistants to provide tailored support.
- Delivering practical lessons that are engaging and interesting.
- Support form an outstanding Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher.
- Freedom to plan and deliver lessons the way that you want.
- Teaching small classes of no more than 6 students at a time.
- Working as part of a team who are committed to making a difference.
