Science Teacher

Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher looking to join a dynamic team at a reputable school located in North Birmingham. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering engaging and effective lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
  • Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and academic growth.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Science department.
  • Maintain a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Science at Key Stage 3 and/or Key Stage 4 is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to engage and inspire students of varying abilities.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
