Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, organise, and deliver engaging and effective Science lessons to secondary school students.

• Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters active participation and critical thinking.

• Employ a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom.

• Implement the approved curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards and objectives.

• Conduct formative and summative assessments to assess and evaluate student progress.

• Provide constructive feedback to students and collaborate with parents to support student development.

• Actively engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.

• Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.

• Proven experience in teaching Science at the secondary school level.

• Strong passion for education and a commitment to student success.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
