Reed Education Southampton are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Science teacher to fulfil a full time, permanent role within a large secondary school, located in Farnborough. This role is set to start September 2024.

You will be an enthusiastic, highly motivated and dedicated Science Teacher with a love of education to join the team to encourage all students to make progress in this subject no matter their ability. The Science Department is a well-resourced department, with a team of science technicians in its own dedicated building. The department run a variety of trips for all year groups each academic year,  and the team also run a variety of STEAM activities both in school and with supplementary trips through the excellent links that they have made with businesses and organisations. 

For this role, you will be/will need:

- Qualified Teacher Status and degree in relevant subject

- High expectations of both yourself and your students

- Excellent subject knowledge

- Be willing to teach all year groups; year 7-11

- To make a positive contribution to the effective running of the department and wider school

The salary for this role is currently set at ECT/MPR/UPR, and is suitable for ECT's to apply.
