Our Good school is looking for an experienced Data Officer who is detail-oriented and organised to join the school administration team.
The successful Data Officer will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into the school systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in data management and contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into databases and systems
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data entries
- Review and make necessary corrections to data
- Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry
Experience:
The ideal candidate for this position should have the following skills:
- Previous experience in data entry or related field is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
