Cover staff are a regular feature in secondary schools across the Staffordshire area.

Academics Ltd are working with a number of those schools and we are looking for candidates who have charisma, energy, patience, presence and a sense of humour.

There are no formal qualifications required to apply to be cover staff, although a reasonable level of literacy and numeracy is desired. You will also require a degree of flexibility due to the nature of the role.

Your main role is to provide cover for absent teachers. You will be required to deliver the work that the teacher has set and be confident in managing a classroom of students with ages ranging from 11-18.

So what are you waiting for? If you are interested and want more information then give me a call.

If you have a current CV please send it across for consideration; registration is simple and quick.
