Salary:

• £12.82-£14 per hour (commensurate with experience).

Role Overview:

As a School Caterer, you will be at the heart of our school’s culinary operations. Your creativity and expertise will contribute to providing nutritious and delicious meals for our students and staff. From daily balanced menus to special events, your culinary skills will make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Menu Creation:
• Design and create menus that meet nutritional guidelines.
• Incorporate seasonal ingredients and diverse flavours.
• Ensure variety and appeal for students and staff.
• Meal Preparation:
• Prepare daily balanced meals with attention to taste and presentation.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Adapt recipes for dietary restrictions or allergies.
• Event Catering:
• Coordinate catering for special events within the school.
• Whether it’s a parent-teacher meeting or a celebration, your culinary expertise will shine.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Culinary Skills:
• Proficiency in food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Creativity in menu planning and flavour combinations.
• Attention to Detail:
• Precise measurements and adherence to recipes.
