Pay rate: £14 - £16 per day (depending on experience)

Setting: Alternative Provision

Start date: ASAP

Duration: Long-term with view to go permanent

Active Recruitment are currently working with an outstanding Alternative Provision in North West London, who are searching for a School Administrator to join their team ASAP, on a long-term basis with a view to go permanent. The successful candidate will play an important role in carrying out general administrative duties, onboarding students, liaising with teachers regarding absence forms and so on.

Roles and responsibilities of the School Administrator:

• Inputting details onto school system
• Answering phones and taking messages
• Typing of letters and memos
• Filing, faxing, and photocopying
• Liaising between staff, parents, and pupils
• Welcoming visitors to the school
