School Administrator
  • Part-time (12.5 or 15 hours per week)

A primary school in East London is seeking a dedicated School Administrator to join their team on a temporary, part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a school or educational establishment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Perform administrative duties with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Manage communications and correspondences, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and databases to ensure information is organised and easily accessible.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Support staff and students by handling queries and providing information as needed.
  • Work hours are from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within a school or educational environment is desirable
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with school management software.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
