Search Consultancy are looking for a Scholarship Administrator to join our client in the Higher Education industry on a temporary contract for initially 6 months. You will work Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, offering hybrid flexibility after 4 weeks of on site training. This role will offer a salary of £12.46 per hour. This role is starting immediately.

Duties and Responsibilities would include:

  • Monitor the Scholarship Mailbox and the internal help-desk, reply to questions from prospective students, parents, educators, and employees of other educational institutions on scholarships and funding
  • Respond to any funding enquiries and forward any further questions to the appropriate personnel to resolve in a timely manner
  • Assist with reviewing and updating the scholarship web listings
  • Provide administrative support to the Scholarships Team for several scholarship schemes. Working to strict deadlines, with varying application processes and agreed criteria
  • Track scholarship offer letters and track responses from applicants on the internal system
  • Review and upload supporting documentation submitted by applicants, such as household income, confirmation of state benefits
  • Keeping student records up to date and accurate
