Scheme Manager – Housing Association – About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment is excited to work with a well-established housing association in St Helens in their search for a Scheme Manager until the end of September. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the successful management of housing schemes. The role will be paying up to £18.22 per hour through an umbrella company on a 35 hour working week contract.

Scheme Manager – Housing Association – About The Role:

  • To ensure residents over 55 are able to live independently within sheltered and general housing using assistive technology.
  • Managing a scheme of 40 apartments.
  • To assist in the letting process to ensure appropriate lettings to minimise void levels
  • To provide advice on low level rent arrears and liaise with the Income team.
  • To carry out tenant daily wellbeing calls and checks based on assessed risk that promotes independence.
  • Offering advice and guidance to residents on keeping the property to a reasonable condition.

Scheme Manager – Housing Association – What You Need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience of completing assessments and developing support plans with targets and outcomes for clients.
