Job Title: SuccessFactors Training Consultant - EMEA
Salary: up to £75K + bonus (15 month FTC)
Location: London / hybrid 
  
JGA are partnered with a well-known brand seeking a SuccessFactors Training Consultant for EMEA to focus on Training material and communication for the upcoming implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. 

Skills required:
  • Solid understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and ability to write training documents on the tool. 
  • Proven experience in leading change management. 
  • Demonstrable experience creating communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans and resistance management plans for SuccessFactors. 
  • Able to develop change capability through training and coaching. 
  • Able to complete stakeholder mapping, identify risks, support senior leadership and establish a Change Network.
