SAP HR Systems Manager / Service Delivery Manager

Are you passionate about optimizing HR systems and ensuring seamless service delivery? We're looking for a SAP HR Systems Manager and Service Delivery Manager to join our clients growing team!

Your Role:

As our SAP HR Systems Manager and Service Delivery Manager, you'll be the bridge between our HR systems, business stakeholders and 3rd party service providers. Your focus won't be on hands-on technical (although hands-on skills are desirable) but on effective communication and collaboration.

What You'll Do:

• Manage our SAP HR systems to meet business needs.
• Ensure smooth service delivery to our internal stakeholders.
• Be the go-to person for HR system queries and support.

Your Skills:

• Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of HR processes (technical expertise not required).
• Ability to lead and collaborate in a dynamic team environment.

Experience Required:

• Demonstrated positive results in a support or SME capacity within the SAP ERP HR and Payroll domain.
• Strong background in either Payroll/HR process or general SAP ERP functionality in a supporting role.
• Proven ability to investigate complex business and SAP ERP issues (both functional and technical) with a view to resolving and/or articulating to the necessary audience/resolver groups.

Location:

• This is a hybrid role working predominantly from home
• There will be monthly visits to one of the company locations (North East or London)
