Reed Sales & Marketing are exceptionally excited to be working with a nationally established Manufacturing company in their search for a Sampling Coordinator.



Based in Rotherham, this is an exceptional opportunity for somebody with marketing experience, or simply a passion for marketing, to advance their career and take control of their own development within marketing.

• Wage: £25,000 to £30,000

• Hours: 37.5 Hours Monday to Friday

Main responsibilities:

• Responding to sample requests from architects, end users and distributors.

• Raising sample card orders on our system.

• Supporting our sales reps with sample cards and branded promotional items.

• Reviewing the stock levels on the system to create a monthly stock report.

As you grow within your role, the responsibilities and your own development can be totally influenced by what area you may want to specialise in as time progresses.

Your initial occasions tasks may include:

• Coordinating new sample cards for key distributors.

• Supporting the marketing manager with launch plans for new products.

• Liaising with a design agency to create briefs for new sample card designs, swatch covers, point-of-sale advertising and shelving displays.

• Checking and approving artwork for new sample card designs.

The ideal candidate will come from some form of a Marketing background – though somebody with strong admin skills and a passion for Marketing would be considered.
