THE COMPANY
This high-end retailer is currently experiencing massive growth in its CRM team, and this has left space for a SFMC expert to join!
THE ROLE
As a SFMC Solution Architect, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Act as the SFMC for the business and the team
- Build out solutions on the platform
- Supporting the CRM team with troubleshooting
- Implementing segmentation strategies across multiple channels
- Working with API's to create new data sources
- Potentially implementing services cloud
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- AMPscript, HTML, SQL, experience is needed
- Experience working in a global role is a plus
- Experience working with Service cloud is ideal
- CDP integration experience is a plus
- Experience in an architect, tech lead, admin, or similar role is necessary
- SFMC Admin certification is a bonus
