Have you supported business systems / applications before?
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual who can provide advice and support to the business for current applications.

If you can communicate well and are eager to learn more, you will be working for a leading insurance broker, investigating, analysing and prioritising incident and service requests.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global financial services organisation and to progress your career in systems / application support.

REQUIRED

Salesforce experience
2 year plus experience in App Support
ITIL experience
