Sales Valuer

Our client, a well-established independent agent, is looking for an experienced Sales Valuer to join their busy team in Plymouth.

Working hours of a Sales Valuer:

• Monday to Thursday 8.45 am - 5.30 pm
• Friday 8.45 am - 5 pm
• 1 in 4 Saturdays 9 am - 4 pm (time off in lieu)

Our clients are offering the successful Sales Valuer:

• Salary circa £30,000
• 5-day working week
• Career Progression
• Pay per mile.

Sales Valuer requirements:

• Previous estate agency experience
• Excellent customer service
• Great communication both written and verbal
• Full UK driver’s license
• Highly organised and time efficient

Key tasks of a Sales Valuer will include, but will not be limited to:

• Carrying out market appraisals
• Winning instructions
• Generating new business and increasing market share
• Converting at a high percentage
• Building the company brand
