Our client, a well-established independent agent, are looking for an experienced Sales Valuer to join their growing team in Birmingham.

A great opportunity to join a well reputable company with great growth plans and earning potential.

Working hours of a Sales Valuer:

  • Monday to Friday 9 am - 5.30 pm
  • Alternate Saturdays 9 am - 4 pm (day off in lieu for one of the Saturdays)

In return, our clients are offering the successful Sales Valuer:

  • Up to £30,000 basic
  • £50,000 OTE
  • Car allowance
  • Career progression

Ideally, to be considered for the Sales Valuer role you must have the following:

  • Previous Estate Agency experience
  • Able to work well individually as well as in a team.
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Highly organised
  • Full UK driver’s license

Key tasks of a Sales Valuer will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Increase Branch income.
  • Carrying out market appraisals
  • Selling the services of our clients
  • Closing for business
  • Help drive business forward
