Are you an experienced Sales Valuer looking to join a well-established Estate Agency whose diaries are constantly full of hot leads? If so, we are currently looking for a Sales Valuer to join our clients in Liverpool, Merseyside!

Working hours:

  • Monday - Friday
  • Alternative Saturdays with a day in lieu

The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:

  • Upto £27,000 Basic - depending on experience
  • £45,000 OTE
  • Car allowance
  • Diary full of hot leads
  • Brilliant and generous commission structure
  • Regular team building events and nights out
  • Training and support

To be considered for the Sales Valuer role you must have:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Valuer - ideally 2 years
  • Basic IT skills
  • Be able to work well with others but able to work on your own
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A full UK driving licence for a vehicle
  • Ability to close business
  • Personable

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Generating new business and repeat business
  • Marketing properties to buyers using IT skills
  • Closing business whilst on the valuation and over the phone
  • Negotiation on fee’s
  • Canvassing
