Our client is a highly successful estate agent who is looking for an experienced property professional with a strong listing background to join their busy office in Slough as a Sales Valuer.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-known company that offers a structured career path up to the regional management level.

Our clients are offering the successful Sales Valuer the following:

  • Up to £29,700 basic
  • £50,000 OTE
  • Structured career progression
  • Private healthcare

Working hours:

As a Sales Valuer, you’ll be required to work full-time including Saturdays on a rota basis.

Sales Valuer requirements:

  • Have previous listing experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ambitious and career-orientated
  • Target-driven with a proven track record of achievement
  • A car owner with a full UK driving license

Duties of the Sales Valuer will include, but not be limited to:

  • Assisting the manager in developing the largest dominant market share for on-market and under-offer properties
  • Producing high-quality marketing, including photographs, descriptions and web marketing
  • Assisting the manager with the structure and organization of the office
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times
