Our client, a bespoke independent firm operating across Bath and Bradford on Avon, is seeking a Sales Valuer to join their esteemed team. Renowned for their exceptional service and market standing in the top quartile, this is an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Details:

Location: Bradford on Avon

Salary: Up to £35,000 (plus commission or bonuses)

Benefits:

  • 28 days holiday allowance + Bank Holidays
  • Pool car provided
  • Regular working hours: 9:30am to 5:00pm
  • Occasional Saturday work (1 in 3 Saturdays)
  • Exposure to properties at the top end of the market

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in sales valuation preferred
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
