Our client, a leading Surbiton agent is looking to bolster their Sales department with a Valuer. The ideal candidate would be someone with listing experience in the area with a focus on driving instructions. The agent is an excellent brand with a first-class reputation within the area.

Key Offerings:

• Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a basic salary ranging between £23,000 to £25,000, inclusive of a car allowance.
• Lucrative Commission Structure: Earn 5% of the listing price for any property you list that is sold, along with an additional 5% commission if you personally facilitate the sale.
