£30,000 - £40,000

FANTASTIC opportunity to work with the leading provider of immersive and transformative experiences. From corporate retreats to meet and greets- they work with a huge range of clients, offering luxury experiences at top events, with A – list celebrities, all over the UK. They are looking for a dedicated individual with a large presence that will inspire and motivate a team of salespeople.

In this Account manager position you will be responsible for:

• Determing and organising training
• Performing sales representative assessments
• Identifying skill gaps with sales employees
• Creating Training Materials: Developing high-quality training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and exercises, to support learning objectives and reinforce key concepts.
• Analysing sales figures before and after training to measure success

The successful candidate will have/be:

• Sales training experience.
• Strong leadership skills
• Previous sales experience (Desirable)
• Strong communications skills and the ability to adapt
• Attention to detail
• IT Literate
