Your Mission

As Sales Manager, your role extends beyond merely boosting sales and driving profitable growth; you will be a key player in shaping the firm's future trajectory. You will be tasked with developing innovative strategies, implementing effective action plans, and setting both short and long-term sales objectives. Your leadership skills will be crucial in solidifying their reputation as industry leaders. Key Competencies

  • Proven ability to develop a strong, dynamic team of sales executives.
  • Extensive experience in similar roles, demonstrating a track record of successful sales management.
  • Skills in creating a productive environment that encourages high performance, helping team members to meet their personal goals, daily run rates, and monthly revenue and KPI targets.
  • Effective management of team dynamics, ensuring rigorous adherence to company policies regarding absence, attendance, and performance.
  • Ability to set challenging yet achievable targets for team members, providing continual coaching, feedback, and support to help them exceed these targets.
  • Competency in monitoring and analysing sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and promptly implementing corrective actions.
  • Experience in conducting regular team meetings to share information, celebrate successes, and discuss improvement strategies.

Offer Details

  • Salary: Up to £50,000 (depending on experience) + generous commission structure.
