Sales Team Leader
Location: Colne (Global HQ) BB8
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive up to £32k per annum

I am on the hunt for a Sales Team Leader to guide my client's sales team through an exciting period of growth and relocation to a new Global HQ. This role is perfect for an experienced sales professional ready to step up into a leadership position or a seasoned leader looking to join a dynamic and expanding team.

Day to Day of the role:

Supervise and motivate a small sales team, setting clear objectives to drive performance.

Handle inbound sales inquiries with promptness and positivity via phone and email.

Efficiently and professionally address customer queries, ensuring a high level of service.

Accurately input and maintain orders within the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.

Cultivate strong customer relationships, maintain quality service standards, and adhere to GDPR/data protection regulations.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service is essential.

Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

A personable phone demeanour and the ability to empathise with customers.

Proactive, motivated, and a sense of humour to foster a positive team environment.

Collaborative mindset with strong computer proficiency, including experience with office software and CRMs.
