R13 Recruitment are working in partnership with an industry-leading electronics distributor in their search for a Sales Support to join their team in Snetterton. Providing integral administrative support, you will also be responsible for key tasks, such as handling orders, while also covering absent team members and developing your sales skills on job.

This is a full time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this opportunity is £22,300 + OTE £2,000 per annum.

The day to day

  • Processing and managing manual and web orders.
  • Maintaining a central repository for sales orders.
  • Chasing outstanding requests and offer consistent status updates to the team.
  • Additional administrative ad hoc tasks as required.

You will have/be

  • Previous administrative or customer service experience is desired.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A willingness to learn and a 'can do’ attitude.
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms.
