Responsibilities

German speaker required

1. Customer Engagement:
a. Respond to customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing details, and other relevant information.
b. Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs.
c. Provide comprehensive information about the platform, its features, and benefits.
2. Sales Process Assistance:
a. Collaborate with the sales team to create customized product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals.
b. Assist in the preparation of contracts and other documentation required for the sales process.
c. Tracking all upcoming renewals and highlighting expansion opportunities
d. Arrange the meeting with internal and external parties using zoom or MS Teams
e. Ensuring relevant client follow up by calling them directly
3. Product Expertise:
- Stay abreast of the latest features and updates of the platform.
- Conduct product training for internal teams and support the development of sales collateral.
4. Technical Support Liaison:
- Act as a bridge between the sales team and technical support, ensuring a smooth transition for customers post-sale.
- Coordinate with technical teams to address any pre-sale technical inquiries from potential customers.
5. Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system.
- Generate reports and provide insights on sales activities, customer feedback, and platform usage.
6. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, and customer success teams to share insights and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies based on customer interactions.

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree required.
- German speaker
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and effectively
communicate complex software solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with CRM and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
