Sales Support Person

We’re currently recruiting for Sales Support Person towork alongside a team of Account Managers, assisting in many varied tasks associated with a busy sales office.

No previous experience is required and full training will be given!

Your day-to-day task a Sales Support include:

• communicating with suppliers and customers (via phone and emails)
• creating quotes
• processing sales and purchase orders
• uploading data to trading platforms
• providing holiday cover to the freight department
• extensive use of MS Windows apps (Excel in particular)

We’re looking for candidates with:

• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• an ability to work well in a team
• excellent organisational & time management skills
• an ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
• a fluent second language would be an advantage in the role but is not essential.

What’s on the offer?

• Full time, but not excessive working hours offering good work-life balance:

Mon - Thurs 08:30 - 16:30, Fri 08:30 - 15:00
